CAM's properties are currently occupied by a diverse group of tenants in a variety of industries that include multinational corporations such as Cisco Systems, public organizations such as The State of Ohio, and smaller local and regional businesses. For a number of national and global tenants, these locations represent a foothold in the Eastern Great Lakes region.
CAM has fostered strong relationships with tenants over an extended period of time by providing desirable properties and exceptional client service. As a result, we have demonstrated an outstanding history of retaining tenants.
The majority of CAM's tenants either remain in the building for which they signed their initial lease or have relocated to a new CAM building as their business expanded. More than one-half of our tenants have resided in a CAM building for at least five years, and approximately one-third signed their initial lease with us at least ten years ago.
