CAM, Inc. is a full-service real estate development and management company serving the Northeast Ohio suburban office market. Founded in 1984 by Charles A. ("Chuck") Mockbee, CAM offers a complete range of commercial real estate services including Design & Development, Construction Services, Property Management & Leasing and Project Feasibility Studies.
CAM has designed and built more than 2 million square feet of commercial real estate since our inception. With a staff of 23, CAM currently owns and operates, through our partnerships, more than 1.1 million square feet of Class A office space and surrounding property.
Adhering to our guiding principle "In harmony with nature," we design and build our facilities in concert with natural settings and make every effort to preserve, promote and utilize as much green space as possible. A large portion of our early work was centered on the Akron/Canton Corporate Park in the City of Green. Additional projects have been completed in Bath Township, the City of Hudson, the City of Norton, and the Village of Richfield.

Our company and personnel have received a number of notable awards from regional and national organizations in recognition of superior design, development and service capabilities. The
National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) has recognized CAM as the Northern Ohio Chapter Developer of the Year numerous times, most recently in 2003. In addition, six of our individual buildings as well as our Akron/Canton Corporate Park have received the Award of Excellence from NAIOP.
Members of CAM's management team have long served major roles in the Northern Ohio chapter of the NAIOP, as well as in other organizations such as the Akron Regional Development Board. In 1992, Chuck Mockbee received the esteemed Founders Award from the NAIOP for his integral role in this national association. Chuck was a founder of the Northern Ohio chapter of the NAIOP, and served on the national board in various positions for more than 15 years. He received the Lifetime Achievement Award in 2002.
CAM has received a number of other awards and distinctions including:

| • | 1989 – Developer of the Year Award from the Summit County Soil and Water Conservation District. |
| • | 1989 – Developer of the Year Award from the Home Builders Association of Greater Akron. |
